Meet Picky Pam 

Pamela Routte, also known as our very own Picky Pam, has been working in the lice removal industry since 2011.   Pam has a diverse background that is well suited for helping families through the trauma of head lice.   Her experiences include 911 Dispatcher in South Euclid, Project Manager at Progressive Insurance, Cardiovascular Technician at University Hospitals and Health Clinic Coordinator in Chagrin Falls Schools.    Her 4 years at Chagrin Falls Schools is where she developed her expert knowledge of lice and experienced the trauma first hand when her youngest daughter contracted lice.  She was determined to find a better way to help families.   She absolutely loves her job.
